 Dr. Matt Baker
Dr. Matt Baker received a B.S. degree in Biology from Purdue University in 2001 and received his DDS degree from Indiana University in 2006. Since graduating, he has taken advanced training in orthodontics and Invisalign. Dr. Baker is a native of Adams County, graduating from Bellmont High School in 1997. He, his wife Nicole, sons Will, Isaac and Henry, and daughters Grace and Isla, currently live in Decatur close to family and friends. Dr. Baker is a member of the Isaac Knapp Dental Society and the Indiana State and American Dental Associations. Dr. Baker enjoys working with kids and uses a gentle hand when providing care to patients of all ages. |
 Dr. Taylor Terveer
Dr. Taylor P. Terveer joined the team at Decatur Dental Services, Inc. in October 2016. He was born and raised in Decatur, Indiana. Taylor attended Bellmont High School, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Sciences. He attended Indiana University School of Dentistry graduating in 2016. Dr. Terveer is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society (IKDDS). Dr. Terveer and his experienced staff will be offering complete family dental services from comprehensive exams and cleanings to dental implants and the latest in cosmetic dentistry. He strives to provide quality dental treatment by helping patients have a smile that they love, all while in a comfortable and caring environment. Dr. Terveer resides in Decatur with his wife Agnes, three sons, Graham, Hudson, Emmett and daughter Violet.

 Dr. David Baker
Dr. David C. Baker joined the Decatur Dental Services, Inc., practice in October 2023. He started working at our Geneva Dental office and is now home at the office in Decatur. David attended Bellmont High School, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Sciences. He then graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Baker is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society (IKDDS). Dr. Baker and his staff offer compete family dentistry from preventative, restorative and cosmetic treatments. Dr. Baker and his wife Marykate reside in Decatur with their children Juliet, Ruth, Peter and Lucy. |
